Purpose

Electromagnets for explosion-proof hydraulic valves can be used in places or environments containing explosive gases. The explosion-proof Ex db I Mb for mining is used in underground environments of coal mines, while the explosion-proof Ex db IC T4 Gb is used in surface areas of petrochemical and other factories. The electromagnet adopts DC power supply, and can be matched with NG6 and NG10 REXRORTH and YUKEN type directional valves.

Operating Notice

● The manual push rod of the electromagnet is used for manual control during debugging or in emergency situations. But when the system back pressure is high and adjustment is difficult, please use a cross screwdriver to slowly push the manual push rod, and do not use impact force to avoid damaging the surface of the manual push rod and guide inner hole, causing oil leakage or inability to reset the electromagnet.

● The contact surface between the electromagnetic coil and the magnetic core tube, as well as the part where the wiring cover fits, is an explosion-proof surface.It is important not to collide or damage it.If there is any damage, the corresponding components need to be replaced.

● The installation of electromagnetic cables shall comply with the national standard GB12972 φ 10mm explosion-proof three core cable, and pay attention to grounding protection.
